Juliana earned her undergraduate degree in Technical Communication. She completed her web development internship with the Nine, LLC. (see Projects). Besides that, she developed four websites, three of those websites for small businesses. Also, she completed class projects with the Department of Homeland Security and PINES library doing usability testing-giving people tasks and having them talk through their process on how to get to the information needed. She created two learning modules through Articulate Rise and one employee training course through Articulate Storyline 360.
