ABOUT

Juliana is pursuing her undergraduate degree in TechComm (or Technical Communication). She has experience in designing websites-she created four of them, three of those websites for small businesses. Also, she has worked on class projects with DHS and PINES library doing usability testing-giving people tasks and having them talk through their process on how to get to the information needed. She has created two learning modules and one employee training course through Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline 360.

Currently, she is looking for a full-time internship to complete her undergraduate requirements.
