PINES Library Usability Test
I led my team to develop a usability test for the PINES Library website. We used tasks, scenarios, SUS evaluations, and a card sorting activity to address the usability and navigability of the website.
dhs.gov Usability Test
This usability test focused on the Department of Homeland Security’s main website (dhs.gov).
UI/UX Research
I worked with Dr. Gallagher, a professor at Mercer University, on two projects: A-B Testing and Speak-Aloud protocol.
